The summer haze and auburn leaves were dancing in the air.
Their smooth flow made me become more aware
of the world’s gentle sway.
Around me, aquamarine falls unfolded with glistening beauty.
But the drop of the shining falls struck a discordant note,
making me moody and jittery.
These emotions swirled in my confused mind
like a maelstrom that was hard to unwind.
Immediately!
My father and I made a bind
as my eyes were momentarily splashed/blind.
Then, the Argentine cliffs were smeared with water and fluorescent rainbows.
This made my stomach feel like a bunch of volcanoes!
But in the calm that followed,
The tiny water droplets on my coat were refreshingly dewy.
And as the days went by,
The falls preserved its immense beauty.
